When subscribed to Premium Wi-Fi and using the ConnectIQ app, Enhanced Parental Control with allows you take various protective actions right from the app. These include pausing the internet connection for individual devices, blocking and filtering content and applications, and scheduling specific times of day during which internet and application usage is limited or blocked for individual users.

From blocking apps, websites, and swaths of content, to setting time limits and prioritizing devices, you can set the rules you want—and rest easy knowing they’ll be enforced.
Content Filtering

*Premium Wi-Fi and the Pioneer ConnectIQ app require Pioneer-provided equipment. Included at no additional charge with residential fiber plans of 500 Mbps and higher, residential DSL plans priced at $50/month, and select residential legacy or bundled plans where Premium Wi-Fi was included at the time of enrollment. Availability and inclusion may vary by plan. Available for $12.95/month on other residential plans. Business services: $12.95/month. Equipment remains property of Pioneer. Repairs and replacements due to normal use or malfunction are covered. Damage due to misuse, abuse, water, or accidents will result in replacement charges and applicable service fees. Additional mesh units are $5/month per unit. Customer-owned equipment is not supported and may result in installation or service charges. Service calls due to customer setup, wiring, or placement issues may incur standard fees. Inside wiring not directly connected to the router is not included unless subscribed to NetProtect. Upon service disconnection, all Pioneer-provided equipment must be returned within 30 days. Failure to return equipment will result in charges equal to the current retail value.If equipment was already installed at the residence at the time service was activated, it must remain at the location upon move-out. Failure to leave equipment may result in additional charges or fees.
