Installation and Repair Technician – Philomath
The Installation and Repair (I&R) Technician performs the installation, repair, and servicing of communications equipment and performs line and cable work consistent with industry standards. This position performs remote trouble desk and dispatch functions on an as-needed basis. The I&R Technician must be able to exercise judgment within constraints of accepted principles and practices. Decision-making is made in conjunction with Management and Directors.

Customer Experience Specialist I – Waldport
Join Pioneer Connect as a Customer Experience Specialist I and help create a positive experience for our members every day. In this role, you’ll assist members with questions about Pioneer Connect products and services, provide helpful and friendly support, and connect them with the right team member when needed. This is an entry-level position within our Customer Experience Department and a great opportunity to build your knowledge while serving the communities we call home.
