Customer Experience Specialist I – Waldport
Join Pioneer Connect as a Customer Experience Specialist I and help create a positive experience for our members every day. In this role, you’ll assist members with questions about Pioneer Connect products and services, provide helpful and friendly support, and connect them with the right team member when needed. This is an entry-level position within our Customer Experience Department and a great opportunity to build your knowledge while serving the communities we call home.
Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing critical support to the General Manager, Network Manager, Construction Manager, Installation & Repair (I&R) Manager, and Engineering Manager. This position serves as a central coordination point for key operational activities and plays an important role in ensuring efficient communication, organization, and execution across multiple departments.
