We listened to what our customers really wanted and responded. Pick your plan, and your price stays the same for as long as you stay with us.
Of course, like any guarantee, there are a few clear terms and conditions below. But the core promise is straightforward: your base rate will never go up while you remain in good standing.
Price for Life Guarantee full terms and conditions
Speeds
Speeds are symmetrical. Actual performance may vary based on device capability, Wi-Fi conditions, network traffic, and in-home setup. Gigabit speeds require a wired connection.
Advertised pricing
Includes a $10 monthly discount for paperless billing and automatic payments ($5 each). Customers not enrolled will be billed the full rate. Fiber plans of 500 Mbps and higher include Premium Wi-Fi and standard installation when using Pioneer-provided equipment. Additional mesh units are $5 per month each. Plans below 500 Mbps do not include Premium Wi-Fi (available for $12.95/mo). Customer-owned equipment: $95 installation fee applies.

Pricing is valid while the customer remains at the same service address.
Price for Life applies to the base monthly rate only and requires the customer to remain on the same plan, at the same address, and in good standing. Price for Life is tied to the service type and technology available at the customer’s location. Taxes, fees, and optional services are not included. Changes to service, upgrades, or technology may result in updated pricing. Restrictions apply and offers may not be combined. If customer-owned equipment is used, a $95 installation fee will apply. Pioneer reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
