*Premium Wi-Fi and the Pioneer ConnectIQ app require a Certified Premium Wi-Fi Router. This service is $12.95 per month unless included in a bundled package. Pioneer retains ownership of all installed devices and is responsible for warranty coverage and replacement due to normal wear and tear, acts of God, or malfunctions. Damage or malfunctions caused by negligence, water damage, abuse, or accidents by the customer are not covered. In such cases, the customer must pay the current retail price for a replacement modem/router, along with standard hourly service and trip charges. Repairs or replacements of inside wiring that are not directly connected to the Broadband router (unless covered under a NetProtect subscription) are not included. Additionally, improper self-installation—such as incorrect connections, poor equipment placement, configuration errors, or other actions requiring an onsite service call—will result in standard hourly service and trip charges. If broadband service is disconnected, the customer must return the device within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to the retail price of the equipment. If a modem and router were already installed at the home/apartment when the customer moved in and service was activated, the equipment must remain at the location upon moving out and service disconnection. Failure to leave the equipment may result in additional charges or fees.
