Pioneer Connect is looking for two Linemen to join our team! These positions are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications lines and equipment to help keep our communities connected. Ideal candidates are safety-minded, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors as part of a team.
Sales and Marketing Manager
Pioneer Connect is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts, develop strategies to grow our customer base, and strengthen relationships within the communities we serve. This position oversees sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and team performance while helping promote Pioneer’s products and services. We’re looking for a motivated leader who brings creativity, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused approach to a locally owned cooperative.
Accounting Manager
Pioneer Connect is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and help support the financial health of our cooperative. This role oversees daily accounting operations, provides guidance to accounting staff, and works closely with leadership to support financial planning and informed decision-making. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strong accounting expertise with leadership and long-term strategic thinking.
