Director Of Finance
Pioneer Connect is seeking a Director of Finance to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the organization’s financial operations. This role partners closely with the General Manager and management team to guide financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls, while advising on the financial impact of key initiatives. The Director of Finance leads and supports the Accounting, Administrative, and IT teams, fosters strong collaboration across departments, and plays an active role in strategic planning. If you’re a seasoned finance professional who enjoys leading teams, thinking strategically, and supporting a mission-driven organization, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
