Great News! We are happy to announce, Pioneer Connect is working on upgrading to a new billing system. This conversion will provide a more intuitive and easy-to-navigate online experience along with easier to read paper bills. The switch to the new billing and payment software will be taking place late summer.
Once the conversion takes place, members who have credit cards set up for recurring payments will have to set up a new account through the new online SmartHub. Members who access their account and/or pay online will also need to sign up for a new account. For security purposes, no credit card or log-in information will be transferred to the new system.
Between now and then, we will be keeping you updated, so please keep an eye out for information on what you will need to do.
